The American Remodeling Enterprises, Inc. Free Roof for Veterans & First Responders Program is a community initiative through which eligible veterans and first responders may be selected to receive a free residential roof replacement, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. This program is not a lottery or sweepstakes. Recipients are selected based on merit and need, not chance.
The nominee must be a U.S. military veteran or an active or retired first responder, including but not limited to firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMTs, or paramedics. In addition, the nominee must be at least 18 years of age, own and occupy the residence being submitted, and reside within Eastern or Central Pennsylvania. The property must:

Incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent submissions may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Recipients may be selected periodically at the sole discretion of American Remodeling Enterprises, Inc. American Remodeling Enterprises, Inc. will review all eligible nominations received, and the selection process is not random. Recipients are chosen based on factors that may include, but are not limited to, the nominee’s personal story, demonstrated need, service history, safety concerns related to the roof, and overall alignment with the mission and intent of the program. All selection decisions are final and are made at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The prize includes one (1) free roof replacement with an approximate retail value of up to $20,000, with the final value determined by roof size, materials selected by the Sponsor, and installation complexity. Important limitations include:
Installation will be scheduled based on staffing availability and operational capacity, and the roof replacement will occur no later than sixty (60) days after recipient selection unless delayed due to weather, permitting, material availability, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Publicity & Marketing Release: By accepting the roof replacement, the recipient grants American Remodeling Enterprises, Inc. full permission to capture and use photographs, video footage, audio recordings, name, likeness, city/state, and personal story or testimonial. This content may be used for marketing, advertising, promotional, and public relations purposes across platforms, including the company website, social media, digital and print advertising, press releases, and other media, with no additional compensation provided.

Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, submission errors, or delays caused by weather, staffing, permitting, material availability, or force majeure events.
Void Where Prohibited: This program is void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Governing Law: This program is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
