Ian Foltz is the Vice President of American Remodeling and Epoxy Floor Experts, where he helps lead the organization with a focus on team development, accountability, and operational excellence. Since joining in 2021, Ian has played a key role in shaping the company’s culture and performance standards.
Ian’s career began in high school when he took a telemarketing job—an unconventional move that sparked a lasting passion for sales and leadership. From those early days, he developed a talent for communication and a drive for success that continues to define his approach today.
In his role, Ian is responsible for training, mentoring, and guiding teams across the organization. His leadership style is rooted in servant leadership, always asking what he can do to help others succeed. He believes in setting clear expectations and holding everyone to high standards to ensure customer trust and long-term growth.
Ian is most proud of what’s still to come—“the next big one”—and remains committed to pushing the company forward through great products and even greater leadership.
Ian’s children are his greatest motivation, and he credits both them and the mentors in his life for shaping who he is. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, fishing, and traveling—having visited 49 out of 50 U.S. states.
While not yet formally involved in charitable programs, community engagement is a priority for the near future. Guided by The Golden Rule, Ian strives to lead with integrity and treat others with the same respect and fairness he values himself.
