When Jason Larsen took over the daily operations of American Remodeling in 2000, he brought more than years of construction experience—he brought a perspective shaped by hard work, responsibility, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
Born in Reading and raised in Schuylkill County, Jason grew up in a working-class community where he learned the importance of showing up, staying humble, and earning trust through actions. He didn’t have everything handed to him, but he was surrounded by people who believed in hard work, honesty, and taking pride in what they do. Those lessons became the foundation for the way he approaches business today.
As a young man, Jason planned to join the Army, but a shoulder injury during high school changed his path. Already working as an installer’s apprentice, he committed to a career in construction after becoming a father during his junior year of high school.
Working in the field from the ground up taught Jason that exceptional results come from skilled people who take pride in their work and never cut corners. That philosophy continues to guide American Remodeling’s commitment to quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and doing the job right the first time.
