Both were very nice and knowledgeable, working through the issues with the bad measurements that were taken and a missing piece of my shower surround. The tub looks amazing and I love love love how it looks. They also installed a heated towel rack for me, I just need to paint behind it, so ignore the plaster in the pictures. :)
